I am the poa for my mother and have have fpone and internet with them they have been stealing hundereds of dollors out of her account her bill is 70 a month and they have been taking over $240 they said I must pay the next bill to fix it and they don't give refunds Type your message here

I've been trying to get my cable bill lowered several times. It gets lowered for maybe a few months, then back up it goes. This last experience I called to tell the Rep I thought $182.00 +/- is way too high. She put together another package that lowered the bill to $152.54 (taken out of my account on 11/30/17). So I got a lower bill for one month and now is higher than ever. Don't know what kind of games Frontier is playing, but I pass on playing games. Will someone please contact me to see if we can put together a reasonable package that lasts significantly more than one (1) month.

For well over a decade I have suffered the abuse of the strangling monopoly Frontier Communications has had on my market.With three voice lines and my business DSL with 6 static IPs I was paying Frontier Communications $450.00 per month.

(That's nearly 6 BIG ONES a year!!!)

Business DSL service was promised at 10 Mbps but rarely delivered as much as 2 Mbps. In addition, I was promised 24h hour turn around time in the event my service was down.

For the past TWO years, my service went down at least once a month, and rarely did their techs have it back up and running in less than THREE days, not 24 hours as promised.

In the meantime, because my business depends on reliable internet, I had to spend nearly $2,000 for alternate internet provider resources in an attempt to keep up with my workload!!!

To add insult to injury, it took Frontier Communications well over a month to terminate my services AFTER I made my first request to have my phone numbers ported. GUESS WHAT???

Yes, Frontier Communications had the unmitigated gall to BILL ME for the extra month. (Well you can guess what sort of odds they have that I will EVER pay them for it.) In the meantime, Frontier Communications has turned me over to collections and done everything in their in power to destroy my good credit.

(They made a minor dent, but no matter what, I will NOT capitulate and pay them for their BREACH of contract!!!) I want the first party that files... to pursue action against this firm and its management.I for one will join in the celebration the day this ungrateful company goes under!

Frontier Communications - No FIOS after 10+ years since Frontier took over area from Verizon - charged same as FIOS customers though!

Was not helpful and "Girleth" ended the conversation as I was typing. Their service sucks, I will be paying off my bill and switching to Straight Talk home phone. We STILL have the old phone lines, they're noisy (roaring noise or crackle/static noice), back in the day when internet was 56Kbps I was getting 1/2 that speed on a good day because the landline wires come from so far away (or so I was told by Frontier). More than a decade later we still do not have fiber optic lines and yet we are STILL charged the same amount as customers who do have FIOS. We have been willing to bundle phone, tv, internet for years, but have never had the opportunity because they WILL NOT UPDATE OUR PHONE LINES!! It's at the end of my road (less than 1/4 mile - maybe 600 feet away. Every time it rains we can barely hear the person calling us because there's such a loud roar in the phone. IF we call (really tired of calling all the time, so we just don't bother anymore!) it takes days for your company to finally fix the line. Our phone lines come from the next town over even though we are just outside our town limits..... yeah, like that 600 or so feet away. Last time I did call, it was suggested that I start up a petition and acquire signatures from residents on my road ..... somebody on this road did that years ago I know because I SIGNED IT. It was once said that they could use some sort of a jumper line or something to our house so we could have FIOS........ that was a few years ago.... it didn't happen. I sure hope somebody starts up a class action lawsuit for how badly Frontier has raped it's rural customers for YEARS because we're charged the same amount as FIOS customers without being able to use (much less order!) any of the services that FIOS customers have. When Frontier took over this territory.... what....... 10 or 15 years ago..... we were promised that phone lines would be upgraded within a year. What a feaking joke. I'm done being repeatedly raped, they HAVE lost a customer. The ONLY way I would stay with them is if we get FIOS and Frontier would still have to give us years of phone/internet/tv at no charge for all of the years we've been overcharged to have the old phone lines rather than FIOS.

A partial refund based on what I've paid every month for non-FIOS landline. I figure that's probably about $40 per month I should be refunded for every month since you took over our service from Verizon. How many years ago has it been? At least 10!

Frontier Communications - Frontier bait and switch

I ordered new service from Frontier and the residential Service order contract I signed and agreed to stated my monthly bill was going to be $115 a month. It turned out to be closer to $145 per month after all the junk fees. I cancelled prior to paying first bill and now being forced to pay early termination fees.

We were quoted $110.98 for phone, internet (75/75), and Ultimate TV. The first bill we received was $422.57. Many hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved went nowhere, even though they were able to pull the quote up on the notes. We were told many excuses, but no apologies. The last person with whom we spoke was more than happy to get rid of phone, decrease internet speed, and go down to basic cable for $150. It seems as though they appear to be inept on purpose so you will just give in and pay a higher price for a lesser product. This company is textbook for bait and switch. Stay Away.
