I was assured by both reps that as an old customer of Verizon I was being "grandfathered" in with same rates and package, and this information was reflected in my account at Frontier. My new TV bundle came on October 21.I have the promised high speed but the TV went to black the same afternoon. Two techs tried to fix the problem and gave up. One wrote a ticket for a tech to show up at home @ 4PM but never showed. I called and was told a new STB will be delivered on the 26th as current STB will not work with bundle. So when Verizon sold FIOS to Frontier, we are stuck with Frontier unless we want Time Warner which has it own problems. Told me my Fios plan no longer was valid when frontier took over. But, previous bills up to July since takeover were $170. Rep 'worked'a plan to get me to $160, if i delete the landline. Fast forward to Oct. 1, all bills are at rate before July, landline still working, and weekly calls state no record of July 28 call. Why am i payong full price for service i did NOT receive.??
