Don't need 100 words to tell you this company stinks, they can't fix anything except keep billing you. My on-demand and caller ID has not worked since frontier took over from Verizon, if they don't get it fixed soon I will definitely be switching companies . At the rate you keep losing customers you will be bankrupt within one year, goodbye

Verizon/Frontier Communications has commited what i consider to be intentional FRAUD. Verizon Fios changed to Frontier Communications without any notice. Immediately HD channels went to less than HD, internet speeds dropped to below dial up speed and flucuate on and off making them virtually unusable. Thanks Verizon you suck ! Switching ASAP and dumping you cellular as soon as possible.

I am currently beginning the second hour of my customer service call to Frontier. HBO GO doesn't work nor HBO ON Demand. The customer service rep is working from a highly inaccurate script that doesn't correspond to any screens. Also she has no access to my subscription information. Wow! Terrible!

So when Verizon sold FIOS to Frontier, we are stuck with Frontier unless we want Time Warner which has it own problems. I have probably spent a total of 20 hours on the phone and chatting with Frontier to resolve issues to the point that once I called and the cut off my phone service for over a week.
