I had Verizon fios. When I was transferred to Frontier my service has gone down the drain. My Internet slowed down. The Moble app to view live streaming channels has been down. When calling customer service I am getting an out sourced (out of country) tech with nothing but excuses. All the while being charged full price. I have been displeased with my service and planning to change providers.
