This company is a fraud. | Frontier Communications in Plano, Texas

I recently subscribed to their FIOS 500 Mbs service, but my download is around 9Mbs and upload is around 20mbs, called multiple times and was told that they will fix it but never did. What they advertise is a fraud they put you on a dal line which is not capable of delivering faster speeds. This is a fraud and authorities must hold this company accountable.

Was told they could just provision my speed increase the next day. Turns out not the case and a call to the "office of the president" told me no one in the company can change an order. So three hours on the phone with them was useless. Asked them to just cancel the order. They wonder why they have cash flow problems, well maybe this is it. I was willing to give them 225 dollars a month too. Now Im looking at just "downgrading" to their new 200/200 internet plan which will actually save me money, so more loss for them. Oh, and their social team threatened to block me. Some customer service that is.

They changed our flights and notified us when at the airport at 3 am for a 5:30 a.m flight. They said "weather" related and rerouted us from Milwaukee to Orlando back to Chicago (look at a map of the US) to Las Vegas to arrive 15 hours after our original flight!!!

They say we'll give you a $100 voucher... OMG F......tier

You are right. My bill changes every month and they quote me a price and the bill reflects another price and then. I tell them what I was quoted and give them the name of the rep and confirmation number and when they look at the notes it says nothing about what they told me.

FRONTIER-What a low tech company | Frontier Communications

Six months ago I had server problems and took time off work to meet the appointment schedule. I had to wait approximately 10 days for this appointment. Unknown to Frontier I accessed another apartment line and had the system operable by the end of my call in date. Needless to say, I take off on the appointed date and and no one arrives. I call in and am told the tech arrived a day early and claimed everything was working (he had signal) Oh well, I had options; I called to terminate the services only to have Frontier put me on an endless loop of routing from department to department and extremely long holds (15-35 minutes) prior to me hanging up. There are no online options to terminate; the call back feature 'does not recognize this request' What a bogus company. My effort to terminate services again today is an exact repeat of last time. I am believing my next communication needs to be with a regulatory agency. I have seen bad service before, but it is something I will not put up with. Frontier has lost this customer forever and with it the honesty to all that will listen on how they treat their clients. Don't get me wrong, the staff they have are the sweetest, but something is quite deficient in the makeup of this firm's management. ADIOS FRONTIER!
