Just a warning, if you get fed up like me and move TV and Phone from Fios to another provider it is Frontiers policy to cancel your internet. I had Verizon fios. When I was transferred to Frontier my service has gone down the drain. My Internet slowed down. The Moble app to view live streaming channels has been down. When calling customer service I am getting an out sourced (out of country) tech with nothing but excuses. All the while being charged full price. I have been displeased with my service and planning to change providers.

First it's beside me that a company as horrible as this is still in business.They are the WORST in Customer Service and the WORST in internet service. For 8 months we've been going thru technical support and had multiple technicians in our house with their laptops doing what I don't know. I mean it certainly isn't Verizon fios quality. Same equipment but the service was down a lot every hour in every day. Not reflecting in bill you'd think we would get a break on our bills to keep us happy. It seemed spooky that a friend of mine told me my security settings had been downgraded and his phone was now warning him not to connect to my wifi.Seems simple enough go on the website upgrade the security change the password no problem.
