I ended up going to his supervisor who finally figures out that they don't even offer FiOs at my new location - just DSL. They wanted me to try that for the $70 a month plus add a phone line which would be an extra $6. So $76 a month for DSL. I don't think so!! Told them to cancel the contract and ship me a box to send their junk back. This stunt has now cost me business because I work from home and need Internet to do that. Found someone else...

On July 05, 2016 my 2 year service agreement expired.The last bill Frontier sent me on June 25th, the $73 bill jumped to $122. before the 2 year was up. On the date of expiration, I changed my service from a "bundle" to Internet only, for $44.99 per month. Now, my bill is $174.97 I had to call in 6 times, spending hours on the telephone, and demand to talk to a supervisor before the change happened. I still don't know what my next bill will be....

They destroyed the excellent FIOS network. My phone internet connection is much faster when I use it for the computer. There is no interest in resolving the issues whatsoever by management. They somehow feel that this is normal to not deliver what someone expects from a service when it is taken over. They then try to sell you on an upgrade when you get 60% of the speed promised. I purchased fios to get the best performance from the internet for online gaming. Now it is useless for online gaming latency and packet loss seem to be pitiful at best compared to the old verizon lines.
