Frontier Communications Fios Internet Service Review from Huntington Beach, California
Ever since they took over in April 2016 from Verizon. Nothing but problems.
Lost DT twice. Never lost with Verizon. Slow internet.. losing internet servive more times than I could count.
Never with Verizon. Had tech come out telling me my internet speed was good. It sucks. Picture stops for 5 sec than starts again.
Too many times than I can count. Terrible service. Most of the on demand services are not what tgey were with Verizon. Unable to watch my Dvr recordings on my devices where I was able to with Verizon.
Cant watch my on demand premium channels on my devices when I was able to with Verizon. I will say have had no problems wuth Customer Service. Just the service.
Please something has to be done. Very unfair.
