I have made at least 6 calls to frontier because I keep experiencing the same problem.My tv continues to pixelate in the afternoon. The last tech came out on August 12,2016 and worked on my connection. He checked the big white box in my closet and saw that the red video light was red and that it should never be red. I was quoted by Scott at their customer support $86.28 per month for a one year contract, with all services staying the same.This was on 8/3/16 at around 10:am, confirmation # 064124211.
