After contacting that FCC and registering a complaint. Frontier quickly refined money's paid and credited my account for any future charges. Got a personal phone call from customer service explaining what they were doing to correct the issue

NHL center ice was auto renewed and was not notified until my bill arrived. Called and cancelled center ice package. Frontier stated it would pro rate the bill to the cancelation date. The next months bill arrived, no credits and another installment due. Called them and was told I would have to pay for the full season no mater that I canceled the sports package. Gonna get a lawyer on this on. Super pissed off.

Trouble with fios tv on and off since August 2016 | Frontier Communications

I've had nothing but trouble with my fios tv starting back in August 2016. Tv pixelated red video light comes on and I'm unable to watch certain local channels. Several techs have come out but everyone seems to put a bandage on the problem and it continues to happen. I sent a complaint in September 2016 and they escalated my problem and sent a tech on September 29, 2016. He was able to get the problem with my red video light fixed and he was nice enough to give me his cell number to call if I had any other problems with the video light. On April 11,2017 I started having problems with my tv service so I called the tech and he came over the same day and tv worked fine for about a month. I called same tech on Ma 18,2017 but his mail box was full so I was unable to leave a message. Called fios May 25,2017 and gentlemen was unable to get my tv service working so he out in a ticket for a tech to come out on May 27,2017. Tech came out got tv to work but next day tv was oixalating again. Sent 2 complaint emails to frontier and have heard nothing so I called today and requested the tech that came on April 11th come to hopefully get this resolved. I've had nothing but problems with frontier fios since September 2016 and unfortunately I'm in a 2 year contract and paying for a service that they are not providing.....Very dissatisfied customer.

Frontier Communications Scam Still

After trying to work the issues as laid out in in my August 31 2016 posting, I have finally given up. I have cancelled my FIOS TV with Frontier, even though I will have to pay an early termination fee. It is worth it! My bill was constantly changing, and at one point I thought it was at a reasonable amount close to what I agreed to in June 2016, and finally "locked in" for two years. That lasted for one month, then it jumped up again to an unreasonable amount again. While I felt that many at Frontier were genuinely trying to help me, it never ever worked out that way. My last words on the matter - AVOID FRONTIER!!!!
