Landline went down 4 days ago during upgrade byFrontier to landline. Told that it "Will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours" by 3 different departments. They cannot upgrade or restore service to phone until 6/24 even though the issue on their side. Had it with their poor service and long waits and missed appointments
