I have had no phone service for four weeks now, but I am being billed for it.I do have internet and TV. I have called Tech and they have scheduled someone to come out and fix the phone problem, but of course no one came. I have doctors that need to contact me and they cannot call my number. I still don't have phone service or on demand working. Have borrowed a cell phone and have run up minutes on it just waiting for customer service.tech was supposed to be here today but it appears doubtful. I believe we should be able to get out of our contracts as we did not in any way have anything to do with this takeover . Just bought a cell phone from consumer cellular which will arrive tommorow .More money that I feel is entirely wrong ....

my 82 year old mother has been left without phone for a week.We have had 3 appointments and twice the company had said they new nothing about any problems. I finally, like pulling teeth, I got a confirmation number for the problem, they were going to put a high priority for medical reasons. Ever since the switch from Verizon to Frontier I've had nothing but problems.Wasn't getting the channels I had with Verizon and now my landline phone is down. Countless hours spent on hold and dealing with technicians over the phone and taking off hours from work to be at the house for a technician only to have the same problems after he left.Trying to cancel services but the early termination fee won't be waived....just poor business practices!

I have tried for 10 days to cancel my landline they took over from verizon.They tell me its a technical problem, but they stopped billing me. Then i get my bill and they charged me for the land line i cancelled 10 days ago. I call and am on hold for an hour. I try their chat on line and im 297th in line and when i finally get through kaleb or justin tell me they are certain it will be fixed by next week, but it was not.It's so frustrating!!!!

They suck! My home phone has been off for three weeks !!! I had to have Sprint buy my business line from Frontier because Frontier said it would be another week till they might get my phone turned on. My service went dead on both phones April 14, 2016 and is still not working as of today April 28, 2016. A technician was supposed to be here twice and hasn't shown up.
