Numerous phone calls have gotten canned non-specific responses that don't address the problem. It's now May 21 and nothing from Frontier regarding solution to this problem. They can't (or won't) tell me what the likely problem is and they lie. Will not give out their repair department phone number. I'll get financial consideration and possibly cancel due to Frontier's breech of contract. Verizon hasn't heard the last from me regarding their inconsiderate sale to Frontier Communications...

I finally got my phone service back after being out for over a week. My wife had to take 5 hours away from work to stay home for a technician that never showed up. Even though we can now receive calls, our voice mail is not active. Don't believe it when customer service tells you they will call back in two hours. And, oh yes--If they tell you they are in McAllen, Tx--they are not--Manila is not a suburb of McAllen, it is in the Philippines....

When I call to Upland ca.909-931-7091 the ringing is all static and when they answer their voice is all static but they can hear me fine calling from 909-592-4933. I in San Dimas calling from 909-592-4933 am on Fios which means I am on Fiber optics when I make a call. This happens only calling land line to land line. I have had no phone service for four weeks now, but I am being billed for it.I do have internet and TV. I have called Tech and they have scheduled someone to come out and fix the phone problem, but of course no one came. I have doctors that need to contact me and they cannot call my number. I still don't have phone service or on demand working. Have borrowed a cell phone and have run up minutes on it just waiting for customer service.tech was supposed to be here today but it appears doubtful. I believe we should be able to get out of our contracts as we did not in any way have anything to do with this takeover . Just bought a cell phone from consumer cellular which will arrive tommorow .More money that I feel is entirely wrong ....

Ever since the switch from Verizon to Frontier I've had nothing but problems.Wasn't getting the channels I had with Verizon and now my landline phone is down. Countless hours spent on hold and dealing with technicians over the phone and taking off hours from work to be at the house for a technician only to have the same problems after he left.Trying to cancel services but the early termination fee won't be waived....just poor business practices!
