Frontier Communications - Internet Installation Review
Worse company ever. Bad customerr service.
Called to order Internet 3/4/17 took my deposit on the same day to have scheduled services for 3/7/17. I advised a sales representative that I wanted to do a self-install kit. Never recived the service. When I called they said it was a system glitch and never got to a tech.
Rescheduled for 3/9/17. Well I never received services on March the 9th either I called on March 13th to be advised that I still was locked in the system and was in processing to finally get a supervisor who placed me on hold for over 30 minutes without coming back to let me know what was going on. I called back the next day they told me that I had it installation for 3/20. I called today to verify today at 3/19 and asked when was I going to get my self install Kit I had to call back 3 different times before I finally got a representative who told me that they don't do self install kits and that I had to be home in order to receive internet services from the tech.
While I was talking to a representative there was another employee in the background talking trash about a customer she had just got off of the phone with. Then the representative told me to hold on and he transferred me back to the automated system where I had to put in promps again and get another representative finally today I went ahead and told Frontier to go ahead and cancel my order because their service sucks very bad experience with them as a new/former customer and I'm pissed off

Holy ***...I just asked my husband if he wrote this! We have the same story.
We went from installation on 3/4, 3/13, and 3/20. All three of those day , we were told by an automated service that the technician would be out between 8-12. They never showed up or called. I did manage to speak with a representative who told me just keep waiting sometimes they show up at 8pm!
We have to work for a living and can't keep taking of work like this. I absolutely HATE this company.
