Frontier internet was not working working more than it was working. The signal was weak and multiple techs could not resolve the problem over the past two months. Frontier was again supposed to have a tech here yesterday 3/29/17. Frontier did not show up and I cancelled the service. I lost too much time with Frontier.

Called because internet was down. After almost an hour of troubleshooting all services were down..no phone..no tv.. no internet. Final frustration is when they said it could be 2 days. My words to them,. "when i called the only problem was the internet. Thanks to you i have nothing, so you had better be here in the next 24 hours!!!"
