I would not recommend your service to my worst enemy.I am paying for service that I am not getting. I don't know how many times a day I lose connection to the internet. I was told I am in a busy or whatever area and the service cannot be upgraded. same story as previous person .. Too many people on same line .. That's a load of ***. Apparently this has been their excuse for years .. FIX IT or stop offering services and taking money you don't deserve. I've had 2 different wireless routers and continue to have same problem of service disconnecting.

We have had NO inter net service for 3 days. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative troubleshooting at which point we have been told 'internet service is down', we asked when will service be restored they could not say. Here we sit on day 3 with no internet. They are too frustrating for us.

What a joke *** poor customer service and they will turn off ur internet on their own and say u dont have it even if u have been paying for it they will hang up in u and u xan never get an answer from them the techs they send out spend most if their time in the trucks and are nasty to u when u ask a question and will not help u at all i hate this company

Every time I call no one were ever on the same page.I went all the way to the corporate nothing has been resolved. It's almost a month and I have not been able to use the wireless internet at all. They all lies and don't care.Even the corporate people.

I also signed up thru dish sat for internet thru frontier, I had been really "understanding" for the past four months since I put it in.I signed a contract for 2 yrs for service speeds of 24 as a minimum. I NEVER EVER got near that speed. Speed was consistently 2.0 to 7.0 7.0 was when absolutely only one device was on. as soon as I turned on one more, it dropped to 2.0 .
