Frontier Communications is absolutely the worst company
Today on may 21 2018 there was a problem and error on our bill which lead to our account being suspended with no notification. I called and was transfered to a customer service rep who told me that it would be fixed and our services restored within the hour.
An hour goes by nothing so I call only to find out the dept I need to talk to is now closed and there is nothing anyone can do until tomorrow. Unfortunately we have to use them because there is no other company out where we live except for Hughes net which cannot stream Hulu etc.
Frontier charges ridiculous prices promising high speed broad band and delivers kg speeds. They need to be investigated because I am not the only one in this town who hates them every customer here despises their service
