Horrible.Every month Frontier chargea a different amount and when I call to *** the charges, I am assures, it's resovled, but it's all false.

Ever since verizon sold to Frontier, I have had issues dealing with them every month for extra charges on my statement. I have recordings, dates, names of everyone I have spoken to; they all have said, "the problem has been resolved," but when the following month comes, my bill is $30 to $50 higher than before. This is a rip off & the worse company. I cancelled my service with Frontier today, 01/11/17, so I am waiting to see if the service will be cancelled in 24 hrs as I was told.

I did it before, was given a confirmation number, and they never cancelled.

I was charged higher the following month.I am not satisfied & happy with this company
