Was gotten switched without much notice to a company that does not know who i am or the services i pay for. I have over $2,000 worth of movies purchased from verizon over last five years that disappeared and frontier has no idea about billing, customer satisfaction, giving me back things i have paid for or anything. Upset agitated and at a loss. Someone help. As a customer this is abysmal.
