VOD missing most networks after 1 month after being taken over from Verizon.Contacted via Twitter and they will tweet back but they offer no solutions and only statements they are working on it. Ever since Verizon sold this service, Fios in Tampa has gone down hill. Customer Service is horrible and this is primarily because nothing can be resolved with call centers that are outside the United States. Called 14 hrs in a three week span to try and get wires buried.I fell and I have osteoporosis! Finally cancelled today when I got my first bill for $425. They did not honor my Verizon contract, customer service is horrendous. Today was one hour and a half with billing all to get transferred to customer service to start all over again. Was gotten switched without much notice to a company that does not know who i am or the services i pay for. I have over $2,000 worth of movies purchased from verizon over last five years that disappeared and frontier has no idea about billing, customer satisfaction, giving me back things i have paid for or anything. Upset agitated and at a loss. Someone help. As a customer this is abysmal.

They took all on demand shows off and only have Spanish speaking movies to rent but you don't know they are Spanish until after you rent them! Praying my contract with Verizon is null and void to shop for different services !

This is ridiculous! In Texas, For almost 2 weeks now I have not had access to my on demand content. I am paying for a service that I have not been getting. When I fist called on 4/1 I was told it should be there in 24 hours called again 3 days later and was told it should be restored by 4/10. As we all are aware, that did not happen.
