Frontier Communications in Ida Grove, Iowa - So much laughing, talking and noise in background couldn't even hear tech support.

Tried chat a couple of times because phone calls you can't usually understand they speak such poor English. Chat wanted to call me. So much laughing and talking in background couldn't even hear tech. Asked her location and name. Arizona, name Champayne. Have dealt with Frontier for years, and always been satisfied, but this experience was something else. Even asked her if they were having a party. What a poor way of doing business.

You can’t get worse then Frontier Communications!

There isn’t enough space to write all the problems I’ve had with Frontier. Reading the complaints makes it so difficult because they’re are getting away with treating their customers with such disrespect and so pathetic. My latest problem is the volume on my TV. Its in Frontiers control how low/hi I want the sound. 0 to 25 is the volume!!! Is this possible?

Contact your local fire department and ask them what to do about elderly and services. I bet they know or will at least send you to the proper authority.

Also, you can file a suit against them for your time since they failed to do the install, even of they appeared they never did the work. You lost pay. Most states have protection against this. If you sue you can ask the judge to order that they have working sercvices as advertised within 3 days.....ask the judge for a contempt order if they fail...

additionally ask the judge for an order in advance that if any part of your service package goes out that the company pro-rate the entire package that day until fixed....meaning if it is down 10 days they will only charge you the (monthly total) divided by 30 times (30 minus 10).

Make is an ongoing order. That should keep your service up.

For several weeks now I keep getting disconnected from the internet as many as 15-20 times a day. I have to unplug the modem and plug it back in.

I called Frontier and they asked me to make some changes which we did but still we still keep getting disconnected from the internet. Frontier has been of no help to us.

We are now looking into other internet providers. Stay away from Frontier.
