Frontier Communications - Extremely long wait time

My service has been off for 12 hours. I reached someone in technical support who says new box will be sent in 3 business days. I asked about my bill during that time since with the weend it means five days without service. I was told I would be transferred to customer service, 37 minutes I’m still on hold and writing this review

Frontier Communications - Too many customers for their service.

I called tech support. The guy checked the amount of customers online. It was 181% of capacity!! Their internet sucks. I'm cancelling. I can hardly ever get online so there is no reason to pay $35.00 a month for nothing!! I hate their service.
