1/11/2019 - Order number 7274466 - phone and internet out - tech didn’t finish the job. Determined it was from outside to house line. He he came in to see router / internet wasn’t working. Spent 5/6 hours outside - never came back to confirm it was working. Still no internet or phone. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I called back last night - no one could come until 1/14/2019 - (no emergency services?!!!) we have elderly people living at this address, that need phone service and I also work from home and list a days pay on 1/11/2019!!! I’m calling again until I get an apology and better service - TIME TO SWITCH PROVIDERS!
