Wrost costumer service ever . Bad an apointment for technician coming in to install wifi in between 2-4 .No one shows up . i call the costumer service wait 1 hour and they reschedule my appointmnet for no apparant reason .

I paid for an upgraded dvr box to record multiple shows at once i received the box on April 1 and since that day up until now after several phone calls they still havent sent a technician out to fix the error codes my new box is saying . SHAME ON YOU VERIZON

After 3 complaints re: no wireless, I finally got a service appt for today, 6/6/16. No show & discovered claim was closed because tech came out on Sunday, 6/5, when I was at work After on phone w/ Frontier 2 solid hrs, I have a new appt in 2 wks No confidence in company. Will not last in California Any alternative suggestions?

I got a new AT&T portable phone for Christmas and could not figure out how to set up my voicemail.I entered the incorrect PIN too many times and it disabled my voicemail, which I had not even set up yet. I attempted to use it 10 minutes after he left and had no internet. I called them to see if they could turn him around to no avail. I even offered to drive to where ever he is and pick up my old equipment. I spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with them that day and they finally agreed to send a tech the next day. So we moved back in September and it's been horrible since !!Took almost a month and a half to get my service turned on , and I had two scheduled dates with no call/ no show !!! It took two months to send me a bill to my new address !! Then my service was turned off because no one could put my new address in the system !!! Have had a tech out and closed ticket without even contacting me.A second ticket was an eacalkation. A service tech showed up next door and said he couldn't work on my house.
