Have had a tech out and closed ticket without even contacting me.A second ticket was an eacalkation. A service tech showed up next door and said he couldn't work on my house. The window of service is all day Wednesday and said they. Will call 20 minutes before they came. I have to stay home all day. John Coleman 909 630 4603. No show & discovered claim was closed because tech came out on Sunday, 6/5, when I was at work After on phone w/ Frontier 2 solid hrs, I have a new appt in 2 wks No confidence in company.
