I quit frontier when i called they never asked me why. I asked them to port my number over went thru 30-40 min for authorization with both companies to port my number over.

I started the new company on 6/18/16 called frontier the following monday asked frontier is there anything else i should do to cancel ? Write a letter? They said "no". On 6/1/16 i paid my frontie bill.

Received a bill 6/28/18 paid it the same day thinking it was the last bill. I called re: sending back the equipment they sent me the boxes. I UPS'd the equipment as instructed. another bill was received in july i called they said pay the bill and they will reimburse youi explained i quit in june .

i did not pay. Another bill came in august i called they said your right we ow you money. Another bill came in september i called they agreed. They owe me $ and sent an email .

now im being sent to collections! Ive called to follow up begining of oct they snt another email im p set.
