Canadian snowbird, I closed off my service last spring and was told by Frontier agent to ask for better rate in the fall when I came back because I was paying too much. Last week I contacted Frontier after much negotiations achieved a reduction $25 per month. Just received my new bill, exactly the same has the last built I received in the spring. Found another agent and was told they were not able to give me the promised reduction. So much for integrity!

I called because my contract is about to expire. I asked for a less expensive plan, but was told mine is the best available. My neighbor pays about half of what I pay& & he has 2 tv s, internet & phone. I have 1tv & internet. I just want a fair price for a 6 year customer.

In the past if there was a problem with it they would just send you a new one - now it cost $20. I am not breaking it so why do I have to pay for a new one? Wait you claim you’re not breaking the remotes yet it’s ONLY through YOUR USE that it breaks. Ok no one buys that.

Yes the remotes used to be free. PAST TENSE!! Now they cost $20.00. If you don’t like it you are free to get off your ponderous backside and change the channel manually.

YOU use the remote until it breaks yet claim YOU arent breaking them.

I swear it’s like you people have zero idea of personal accountability. Let me guess you expect free batteries too since you’re NOT using them for anything.

Ever sine Verizon sold them the service sucks, sadly there’s no recourse for customers. They collect ,y payment on tone monthly, however my service is hit and miss. Why can’t government regulators handle this! THEY SUCK SUCK

321 McKamy Blvd, Denton, TX 76207 -940-382-3548 We have had TV reception problems for almost a week. I have reported issue at least twice with no resolution. I have seen Frontier technicians here, but we still have no audio/video on our TVs.

Worse customer service ever. Every month they screw up my bill and then i have to call every month. This month bill screwed up again and finally had it resolved. My bills show i have free HBO until August 2018. Yesterday March 5, 2019 they shut off my HBO. This morning i spent over 90 minutes being switch to different department and being put on hold several expended periods of time before they were able to tell me my HBO would be turned back on. They can turn it off in a matter of seconds, but so far 2 hrs later it still hasnt been restored. The hire people who are incompetent to do their job correct. Im totally disgusted with Frontier Communications.

You can’t get worse then Frontier Communications!

There isn’t enough space to write all the problems I’ve had with Frontier. Reading the complaints makes it so difficult because they’re are getting away with treating their customers with such disrespect and so pathetic. My latest problem is the volume on my TV. Its in Frontiers control how low/hi I want the sound. 0 to 25 is the volume!!! Is this possible?

Worst cable company ever | Frontier Communications in Pomona, California

I started on a month to month contract with a 400 dallrs gift card after 3 months service. Never recieved card and my first bill was 490 dollars. 3 times what i signed up for. Spent the next year argueing about the costs each month. I cancelled my service and they continued to charge me. I refused to pay and they sent it to collections, i spend hrs on phone with them a d ultimately get hu g up on and never get returned call. Company SUCKS
