I started my internet service with Verizon last December 17th and it worked great, since Frontier took over the Fios, I have nothing but a poor connection, I cannot log on to my websites and sometimes it drops out. I have dealt with their tech's and that got old as nothing ever changed.

I am stuck with them for another year till Dec 17,2017, then I am going back to Comcast, unless they update their poor service.

If there is a class action suit, I would be interested in pursuing this!!! Frontier should not be in business, and should not have the right to enforce contracts that were made with Verizon, before they took over.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
