No VOD, the DVR is not updating and many of the STB features are not working. The new signup online account linking is not working, although I got an email saying my account is linked even though it is not setup.

There is no hold music when you call Customer Service and you are left wondering if you have been connected to anyone. When I finally spoke to Customer Service they said all problems should be resolved by April 6th.

I am quitting Frontier as soon as possible. They are supposed to have done this before but it sure seems like amateur hour at Frontier

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
