Since they took over Verizon I have had to call them every month over my bill. They tell me they will give me discounts and my bill will be lower but then the next month when I get my bill it is higher then the last month.
This has happened for 7 consecutive months now and I am at almost 300.00 a month and I can't afford it but I am in a contract so they have me. I am going to file a complaint as soon as I find out where to do it.
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and will never use them again. I would rather go without tv or internet.
