Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My internet service was disconnected due to the incompetence of a customer service rep, William.

I called to set up a service transfer for June 14th and my service was disconnected the next day June 1st. I called to have it reconnected and was transferred to Francis, Wright, Jacob and finally after 3.5 hours Janae. Janaes job was to write new service exactly as I had prior to their error and restore my service remotely within 24 hrs. After 24 hours, no service, I called again with Tony who discovered Janae didnt complete the order the day before and he transferred me to Dallas.

Dallas has assured me again that service will restored today... nothing yet. I am a realtor and the internet determines my financial livelihood.
