Frontier Communications - Horrible customer service and over charging
In April my bill jumped up drastically and I was shopping prices. I wanted to see if Frontier would match my existing service?
I got a quote for lower prices BUT WAS CHARGED MORE again. They lied about the prices but if you are a new customer you can get way lower prices, but apparently us current customers no way. Called today 4/9/2018 and asked for retention. Well let me tell you not only are they rude but when I asked for a name and or call center State the answer was I live in the United States.
and the rest was like talking to one ignorant. Disrespectful fool. I have spent 2 wasted months being lied to and now my only satisfaction is throwing their stuff out on the Streets. This so called lying cheating overcharging company needs some serious help.
I have absolutely nothing good to say other than look elsewhere unless you want to bang your head against a wall. Trust me you will have better luck doing that then talking to so called customer service.
I canโt get these prices but customer beware because you to will be ranting about this place. Be aware people.....
