Over 1 hr wait times for Tech support to answer phones. Also long periods of time where calls were just dropped.
I was bounced between Customer Service & Tech Support to resolve my problem. I was told by Customer Service to be home to meet a technician who never showed up. I spent over an hour after-the-fact trying to resolve this. I asked Customer Service who I could speak to, she said, "we are different departments".
Customer Service has no idea what kind of tech support is needed.
Tech support is unavailable to respond. I have spent HOURS trying to get my internet connectivity problems solved.
Customer service just placated me. Nobody is accountable.
