My elderly parents lost landc line phone service Monday night. I called Frontier Tuesday morning, soonest tech could get there was following Mon.
I called back later Tues afternoon to see if repair could be moved up, told cust service they were elderly with medical issues, she said we'll put them on rush, someone be thete Tues evening or We am, no one xame, i called back 4:40, said some one wad enroute, no one came, called back 2 hrs later, said tech would be there 7:50 am thursday, no show, i called again and again said tech was enroute. Told frontier I was tired of being lied to.
Finally, someone showed up after lunch & it was a Frontier issue.
Not at all a Frontier fan. Horrible repair service & customer service.
