Since Verizon Fios became Frontier this has been horrible, price goes up, randomly, they claim is because of promotions end (in the middle of a cycle), they don't have online store where you can shop different plans, you need to call in and is always an endless wait. I can;t believe an internet provider doe snot have a website where you can look for other plans and choices. Too bad Directv is not a good option in Tampa, FL because signal is lost with every storm.

It is listed on page 3 of your statement. The date of that promotion may not line up with the bill cycle, because it starts when that service or plan is added or updated on your account; the majority of the time it doesn't line up perfectly with the date that the bill is printed each month.
