Original call for service made on Jan. 6th for internet service.

Was supposed to receive self install modem and service turned on by Jan.10. It didn't come so called back Jan 10 and they said modem had been shipped and left Chicago 3pm that day so should be there tomorrow. It wasn't so borrowed a modem, still no service. Third call on Jan.

11th and now there is a problem with the lines and apparently there was never a modem mailed out in the first place. Tech can't come until the 18th. Are you kidding me?!?!

So 4th call this morning and now the tech can come the 17th and the only way any sooner is if there is a cancelation and they will just randomly call so hopefully you will be home. So 2 full weeks to be provided with service and that's still iffy.
