wanted to see what frontier offered, after 5 minutes of ther questions address information etc etc, i said that i was tired of answering questions, and would they tell me what was available in my area, the girl just hung up because i wouldnt give them permission to log me and call me back. she did not give me information on websites or anything. she did tell me she could help me earlier. just hung up on me.

Details
We have called numerous times. Frontier laid cable across our yard, on top of the yard, on our grass to our neighbors house. There is no easement. I can't get anyone to call me back and tell me how long it is going to be there. I e-mailed and called.

During last 3 days, a "code" has been put on my tel. no., which blocks incoming long distance calls! I don't know the code, and am unable to receive necessary doctor calls, family calls, etc. My land phone has never had a "code block" before and I sure don't want one....
