I don't have the time to present all of the details, but suffice it to say that, although I have had several instances of unbelievably bad service , mix-ups, misrepresentations, mistakes etc., the one most recent is as follows: Since March of 2016 my two-line phone has been "Group Billed" instad of "Combined Billed".So instead of a $43.48 bill (which I am now paying, I paid $87.97.
This amounts to $44.49 a month for 21 months or about $934.29. I filed a claim but it was refused - no adjustment was made.
I spent a total of about one hour on the phone with Frontier, over two phone calls.They say there is no way to appeal the denied claim.
