We got a flyer in the mail for $35.00 a month internet. I called several times and asked alot of questions.

Being a senior the money was very important. I told the representative repeatedly that i was a senior on s.s. that i could only pay the $35.00 a month. I never agreed to anything other than this.

I never signed anything. I got a bill the following week for $288.00 after tryi ng for hours to reach someone. I am told i sdhould have known about the charges. After alot of arguing i am then told,oh yeah we accidently double billed you.

It gets worse. Now im to pay $75.00 for installation. I was to tell someone this was wrong because my DISH was to be bundled. When i said i was to what!?

The answer was,well you shouild have known. What!?

A total scam. Im not paying.beware thses are crooks

After multiple emails and letters(never answered) and phone calls, Frontier agrees fees were"incorrect". I have asked for a paper bill.

They agreed to send one. As of today nothing. I still have no idea what my monthly bill is.

Beware. This company is fraudulent and scammers
