Called Frontier Communication to waive a late payment fee when the bill was sent to the wrong address. Our request was denied.

Been with Frontier for many years and cannot understand such substandard customer service.

Wrote to the President's Office and never got a response. We have other service provider options.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
