They canceled my account (internet) when I ported my phone over. They said it would take 4 days to open new account.

I cancelled work order on new account and got service elsewhere but they still billed me on account closed by them. I understand I could owe IF I closed account but I shouldnt owe IF they close my account

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Clear my account and collection agency.

Frontier Communications Cons: Nothing they said came true.

Hello Mark, When a number is ported away, the account associated with that number is closed as a part of the porting process. It is considered just the same as closing your account, and any final balances would be processed in the same way.
