Apparently Frontier thinks that a good business practice is to call and wake up existing customers at 8:am several times per week with bothersome and annoying automated sales calls, not considering if people and their families are sleeping, tired, resting. They call their ALREADY EXISTING CUSTOMERS at 8:am on weekdays and weekends when people with families are tired!

Paying for 10+ MB of internet, getting 5 MB. 1 of 2 lines (5mb + 5mb) has been down for weeks. Customer service is now call center with persons who hardly speak English.
