We are in Danbury CT. and were hit by a macroburst and possibly a tornado on 5/15/2018.

It has been two weeks without internet and my fiance works from home. We have called 2-3 times per day since the storm. We get the same response that someone will be out that day and they never come. We finally got a tech out 5/28/2018 to reconnect the line to our house but when the line crew put the main lines back up they left cut wires that do not work.

We will have to wait for another line crew to come back out and fix / replace these lines which we are still getting the run around about. Comcast has gotten their customers back up in our neighborhood a week ago.

Frontier shows no outages in our area even after the tech that came out yesterday talked to customer service and said that approximately 200-400 customers are without internet for Frontier. Attached is a picture of one of many lines that Frontier put back up that were heavily damaged and obviously will not work.
