We have not had a phone line or internet for 2 weeks now. Opened a trouble ticket and they just keep putting us off saying its an outage.

We don't have another option for internet or i would have already canceled.

We can see the Frontier box and a tech has only been there yesterday and today for about 2 hours. Ridiculous.
