Frontier Communications - No service
after years of service at the same number our service was suspended. We were told to fill out a new terms and conditions contract and that it would take 24 hours to resume service.
We have had this acct 860-873-****-0506885-* for years. I need phone service now. There has never been any problem cashing our checks - including the one for this month. How much detail do you need.
Now I'm a really pissed customer.
I have tried to contact some one one line to address this issue but keep getting referred to the same service phone number and computer page. I can't wait 24 hours to get phone service and now I' really really pissed
