Scheduled for Frontier to come install phone and Internet today.Scheduled this one week ago for my business.
Scheduled time slot was 1-5p. At 4:15 we called to get eta of tech. Customer service had hard time finding our account and once they found it they said it shows the tech already came and installed (no one has shown). Customer service said they could have someone out here in another week to try again...and again with a 1-5p time slot.
I had canceled all plans in order to be here for them and they did not show or call to reschedule.
The funny thing is they did this exact same thing to me at my house about a year ago.
Thought I’d give them a second chance and bam, same experience.2 days wasted.
