10/22/2019 Still unresolved. Ended up contacting "Office of the President" at https://frontier.com/office-of-the-president-form on 9/23 and finally got to talk with someone.
While they are now responsive and apologetic, nothing has changed. Appointment for repair made and the tech was a no show.
Supposed to try again tomorrow but I doubt anything will happen. Meanwhile I am still paying for service I do not get.

I have had Frontier phone and internet for the last 18 years and the service has been poor at best. However over the last 9 months it has got worse.
So bad they can't seem to make it work for more that 2-3 days before it starts dropping again.
On top of that you can't talk to someone who speaks English. I guess it's time to move on...
