Frontier Communications - Nonexistent customer service :(
We have had little to no internet service since July 12. I can't even watch a 20 second video post on Facebook.
Tech support ran a speed test and I have next to no internet. No kidding. He said the first repai appointment was today (7/18) at 1pm. It's 9 pm and no one has come.
I called customer service at 2, he chatted with dispatch and said he had no idea how long it would be for the technician to come. I called again at 3 and the girl I talked to then said I should have never been given a specific time, and that I was free to go do my errands, the tech would call when he was an hour away. Why didn't the first guy offer that??
So nobody showed up. Maybe I should just not pay my bill...I am beyond furious.
