My identity was stolen in between 3/19-4/19 at MVH. Someone opened an account in my name. Called Frontier several times and had extremely rude techs tell me even though the phone number was incorrect, I had service at my address. They don’t service where I live. Was told by one tech that they had no record of any installations at my home. I was turned over to a collection agency, because of their ineptness! Avoid like the Plague!!! I have no idea what service they supposedly supplied!

Don't even call to see if they service your area!!! | Frontier Communications review from Englewood, Ohio

I called Frontier to see if they serviced my area, they do not. However, I received a couple of bills from them stating a phone number/account number which I have NEVER had. After many phone calls, I was told that since I lived at the address, I owed them money. They did not send a tech out to install any equipment and had no record of any installation, yet I was sent to a collection bureau for the bill!! Avoid this company like the PLAGUE!!! I have NO idea WHAT service they charged for. I would rate them -10000!

This is the worst company ever! They know The service is bad and that's the reason you can't speak to a real person...that is reserved for dummys like me who order a land line. The static is horrible and naturally it isnt external so I had to leave work early to bust s#$ home and here I sit 90 minutes later waiting...can't call because the great and wonderful voice service cuts me off each time
