Calif seems to be suffering from an internet outage. After phone calls and online chat, asking for a technician to come out to trouble shoot once again, this is the reason why they won't send a technician out? If they just took over what Verizon already had in place what seems to be the problem? I went after a refund for October, was told it could take up to 90 days. It's now November and still doesn't stay connected, I'll be asking for another refund, seriously continuing to pay for service that doesn't work and waiting 90 days on a refund... Shame on you Frontier, Bad Business! Getting the run around for 30 minutes each phone call or chat session is extremely frustrating!

1. not friendly agents 2. Agents ask for customer info but is never used in support of the reported issue 3. agents claim they'll call back if line is dropped/disconnected 4. I attempted at least 6-7 times in the past 60-90 days to report issues 5. 6-7 times the agents stated they would place me on hold and be right back 6. 6-7 times they never came back to the phone 7. 6-7 times they never called back I have had speed issues this whole time and do not understand how no senior management person has made any attempt to contact disenchanted customers leaving us to wonder what we are paying for.

My phone internet tv have been off since 0ct 19 morning. I called tech support 3time I was on the phone for 4 hours. When i called yesterday one of the tech told me by25th. So i say i cant wait for 5day to repaire. So he told me it will be tomorrow. So i called today tech told me its tuesday. Such a lier and make me a lier? So i told to check recording. When i called them today they have nothing to do for me beside i just ahve to waite. I told them i work with internet-based. I have to have internet connect by tomorrow. If not i will loose money so i ask them to cancle the service. Only thing the tech told me is they shoul call me today. I ask them what if they dont? They said sorry. Then i cann cancel the service. Which is saturday i can ask other company to set up new service. I have been fios for more then 10 yrs. Now sorry i lost all the respect to this company. I am gonna change my home and my business account. I hope i will never have to come back to frontier.
