Had Verizon FIOS since day one, 7+ years? No problems that were couldn't be solved with one phone call.
Frontier took over and immediately broke something that was perfect. We have the latest tech gadgets and we're not able to use them to their fullest potential. Ethernet connected internet is often slow or just FU, wifi is obviously throttled back, Netfilx can't grab wifi and we never seem to get full HD download now.
Prior to the sale to Frontier, our 11 wifi devices worked flawlessly and now they can't all connect concurrently. I blame this on Verizon and will not have further dealings with them once I have fulfilled my current contracts with them.
