What is with Frontier Communications Program Guide? Once upon a time, when Verizon was the provider, their program guide was fairly good and useful.

But since Frontier bought out Verizon their cable program guide has deteriorated to near worthlessness for providing any useful and accurate information. They consistently say shows are "new" when we've seen them before (often multiple times), they can't seem to figure out what a film "genre" means anymore (i.e., they're often way off the mark as to the films actual genre), original air dates are next to meaningless since, again, an air date may reflect the current date when the video has been around and seen for years, even decades, and the program description fields are often sorrily lacking in information.

User's recommendation: Hire people who will provide accurate information in your program guide.

Well then I would suggest you contact your providers and tell them to provide accurate and meaningful information rather than just passing the buck. Your response tells me your aren't really interested in customer satisfaction with what you provide.
