Can not connect with wi-fi on any kind of consistent basis. Some days all is fine, other days it may take 30-45 mins of reboots, and resets and still no guarantee I will even connect to Netflix or Amazon.
Now they say the distance from their router to my TV is what is causing the problem, but they installed the modem at their choice not mine. My TV is less than 30 feet from the modem.
User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
