I stayed in contact with Frontier customer service reps for a week trying to order internet and home phone service for my son who had moved to a remote location. I was told the service could be provided, but on the day the technician was to connect the service, no one showed up or contacted me.

After 2 hours on the phone with Frontier was told the service could not be provided due to "not enough ports" in the location, then transferred to someone else who again promised me that the order could be changed and service would be available. Waited another week for the service, and the technician said he could not connect the order for internet or phone. I had told them after the first connect date that I wanted to cancel the phone order, and they "promised" me that they could at least connect a home phone, so I didn't cancel the order. Three weeks later, and canceling a service appointment for another provider, only to be told it wasn't possible!

Terrible customer service! Do not believe anything they promise!!
