I have been charged for king distance phone calls for the past 4 years when I was set up for a flat fees so Im sending my complaint to federal communication . We have 3 business lines and internet plus tv . I cancel my tv on 1/13/20 still going . Then I own them $380 as they help them self with 762.77 out of my back account . Legally this is so wrong . I told her to credit it back . She said my last payment was paid 11 days ago and was not posted who is a lie . I Looked at my bill on kind . That's fraud

This is so unacceptable. I had a $20.18 overpayment on my account when I discontinued service with Frontier Communications. (The overpayment by the way was because THEY miscalculated my last bill.) I had to wait 90 days for a refund AND when I got the refund it was on debit card and was for only for $16.42. It turns out that Frontier also charges you for the debit card in order to get your refund. Bad service - bad customer relations. Unacceptable Frontier Communications!!!!

Hello luckinb34, I apologize if there has been any miscommunication about the equipment rental fee. That line item cannot be waived.

We can send a new modem out to you if you like. Ultimately you can of course choose not to use our equipment in favor of your own, but if you do so we will be unable to support that third party equipment. Also, if you do ever have a connection problem, our tech support team will not be able to utilize it's full range of tools to assist you.

GO file a small claims action for consumer fraud against them. Name the President of the company , the company and any agents and workers that you know the names of.

Be sure and subpoena all voice records related to your account. That will get them going. Look up your state's Deceptive trade practices laws and apply them to your case. Ask for the financial multipliers...2 to 5 times the fraud in billing.

Ask for ALL your money back as you have substantially not received any consistent or usable services. Be sure and ask for anything or any further recovery that the court deems reasonable and just. Generally companies do not send attorneys to small claims and if they do then they are many times late. IF the judge calls you name and tells you that the attorney will be late and asks or tells you to wait, tell the judge that you are here at the appointed time and now demand a summary judgment.

That will end the case pretty much instantly. You will get what you asked for.....

Be sure and list all moneys paid and billed and even the late bill. They can not really charge you a late bill for services not rendered, especially since you were attempting to deal with them about services and they billed you.
