I have been charged for king distance phone calls for the past 4 years when I was set up for a flat fees so Im sending my complaint to federal communication . We have 3 business lines and internet plus tv . I cancel my tv on 1/13/20 still going . Then I own them $380 as they help them self with 762.77 out of my back account . Legally this is so wrong . I told her to credit it back . She said my last payment was paid 11 days ago and was not posted who is a lie . I Looked at my bill on kind . That's fraud

I moved 5 months ago. I notified Frontier that i was discontinuing service as of Sept 2019. They billed me in October 2019. I paid the bill and again contacted a representative to cancel service. I also wrote the company. Guess what, I got another bill in December. I contacted the Frontier rep again, no one can tell me why I was billed. I filed a dispute 'by phone', I never heard from the company. Today Jan 2020 recived a letter from Frontier collections. No wonder the company stock is in the toilet. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is the worst

TV channels FOX Q13, and channel 522 JOE (KZJO) has been since yesterday !/!0/2020 here in Marysville, WA. When I finally talked to so called tech (transferred to 3 different people) at Frontier who was suppose to call me back - never did. I was told that there were no problems here in Marysville - funny I get a message stating "This channel currently unavailable." I have had nothing but PROBLEMS WITH AND POOR SERVICE FROM FRONTIER.

Hello PissedConsumer1753454, It can take between 2-24 hours from the time your payment posts to your account for service to be restored. This posting time can vary depending on the way you made your payment, for example a payment by phone will post same day, an online payment can take 3-5 business days, or by mail can take 7-10 business days depending on mailing time.

They set an appointment took a payment then never showed up. Set it all up again and then never received a bill. After complaining and finally got a bill it was like almost 300 dollars for one month of internet! They are scam artists! Now I got a bill in collections. Hope someone with money shuts them down!
