We pay every month for internet and not getting a quarter of internet we are supposed to get and me and my neighbors want better internet run down our road. Why can't y'all run it down here when it runs across at the end of our road?

Canadian snowbird, I closed off my service last spring and was told by Frontier agent to ask for better rate in the fall when I came back because I was paying too much. Last week I contacted Frontier after much negotiations achieved a reduction $25 per month. Just received my new bill, exactly the same has the last built I received in the spring. Found another agent and was told they were not able to give me the promised reduction. So much for integrity!

They lie, switch you from one dept. to another. Tell you that they have to install not only from the street, but your home as well. Had their service, they turned it off from the office, but, but cannot return service from the office, but, yes they can or not they won't. Xfinity here I come!

Hello NocturnalToucan682, A disconnection order is more in depth than just flipping a switch in the office. Because of this, it does indeed require a tech to go out for an installation visit if you are trying to reestablish service after a disconnection order.

They are a joke. When My I-net is down it takes 4-5 days to fix. And it has always been something they did. The actual fix is to fix what one of their employees broke. They call when they start and it takes no more than 1/2 Hr. Even though I have a dry loop dsl connection there is no excuse for this kind of a charge for substandard speeds. No wonder their stock is down.

The representatives you spoke with were correct, and they are not available to existing customers.
