You rated them too high, they can't make a 0 as far as I am concerned. Their service is well below par, they do not honor their own contracts and their customer care representatives hang up on you when you ask to speak to a manager or their legal department.

Dee Anne and Grant Stiles Phone no. 972-492-0845 Account no. 972-492-0845-012116-5 We've had phone and voice mail service with the same password word code foe a long time. Then all of a sudden when I entered my password to access my voice mail, I kept getting this response: invalid entry. We had made no changes to my password. So, we called customer service-tech support FIVE times and spent quite a bit of time and frustration before finally getting a service rep who knew how to fix this simple job of just resetting our password. The first three people gave us wrong info or referred us elsewhere to a dead end since they obviously did not know how to solve this problem. The guy on the fourth call said he would reset it, asked me to give him my own number and told me to wait 12 hours for it to get reset. After 12 hours, I tried entered the new number password and it did not work. On my fifth call the guy reset it immediately and lo and behold it worked! Thought you'd want to know about this horrible customer service taking 5 calls to fix something simple that was a huge frustration and time waster for us.

I've been with frontier for over 8.5 years with Fios. Originally it was Verizon before the service was switched over to frontier. Generally, in the 8.5 years I've been satisfied with the service. Guess we were lucky and I can say 99.9% of the time our service was up. The speed is spot on 30/30 regardless the our of the day. Their support is usually helpful and don't have to wait a long time on the line. Recently (in the past 2 weeks) our connection keeps dropping every 2 or so days, usually between midnight and 6 in the morning. The problem is I work at night and I rely on internet for my work so it's bummer. They will send a guy out next week to diagnose the issue. I got a new modem and new battery power unit about a year ago. The new BBU is great because it's the latest model they replaced it with, that doesn't need that *** battery.
