I will be terminating my service with you due to your policy of not replacing system batteries at your cost, but rather mine. It has been 10 months since Frontier took over all the Florida accounts. Since then I have had 3 different phone numbers, intermittent service and billing issues. I filed 4 complaints with the BBB and 2 with Florida Attorney General. Just received my February bill and still incorrect. Noticed them and they need to review again. We can't get any help from customer service at ALL! When we call the customer service phone line it continues ti disconnect. All's we want is our Caller ID reinstalled. We started service with Frontier February 8th 2017 and had our phone line ported over from another service but our caller ID was not installed with it. Tried resolving an issue re: access to Tennis Channel, both over IP and on tv. Waited over 15 mins for a CS rep to respond. Finally hung up from frustration! Hate this company.

same story as previous person .. Too many people on same line .. That's a load of ***. Apparently this has been their excuse for years .. FIX IT or stop offering services and taking money you don't deserve. I've had 2 different wireless routers and continue to have same problem of service disconnecting.

Wrost costumer service ever . Bad an apointment for technician coming in to install wifi in between 2-4 .No one shows up . i call the costumer service wait 1 hour and they reschedule my appointmnet for no apparant reason .

My problem was with the way they billed me. I would pay a bill, then less than a week later I would get another bill. I called customer service, and it seemed no one had the same information about me in front of them. It would seem my account number would give all rep' s access to my account. They made me feel like a irresponsible teenager. I dropped them after over 10 years as a customer.
I am one of the Verizon customers who was absorbed in the Frontier Communications takeover. Frontier has the worst Customer Services I have ever had to deal with. As a matter of fact everyone I know who has your services is waiting for the alleged absorption between Time Warner and Spectrum. I was on hold such an extended period of time yesterday afternoon that the call rolled over to the very beginning script. This is abusive! I was calling as a courtesy to verify termination of services. it is obvious that you (Frontier Communications) are perfectly aware and purposeful regarding the abusive treatment of your subscribers. Called Customer Service for an issue we were experiencing. Waited 20 minutes to talk to somebody. They took our account number and pan and put us on hold at least that's what they told us but they just put us back in the loop wait another 20 minutes same thing happened again waited another 20 minutes same thing happened again. Three months ago Frontier was advertising their cable product in the Mpls / St Paul area. Talked to the sales rep, good prices and the channels we wanted. After the cable was installed, we found out the channels we wanted were not available in our area. We were given wrong information and cancelled the hook-up the next day. Very bad customer service. Keep getting a good price over phone, then when bill comes it is 20 dollars higher than promised, even when in a contract. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS. You call back and are promised a credit on next bill, but when next bill comes there is no credit.Read more

My husband cancelled all services with Frontier on 12/19/16. We asked at that time to pick up their equipment and send us a final bill. We never heard from them again except to continue to get monthly statements as if we never cancelled. We have the confirmation number, name and date we cancelled.
