When I was with Verizon my business internet download speed was averaging 50mb/s. I was paying $120 a month for internet + phone service and when Frontier took over, my monthly payment still remain the same BUT the internet speed drop dramatically way down to 6mb/s which I later found out that they are providing me with their lowest internet package of $35/month but still charging me with a much higher rate. The amount of incompetence this company and there reps display is uncanny. Like nothing I have ever experienced with any other company! I have been with them 3 months and can dictate this is the worst decision i have probably ever made in my lifetime. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Flat out terrible. During the past months that Frontier I have had frontier technitions a my house four times. Every time it rains or gets foggy my phone goes out. Three of these times technitions came out, looked into the grey connection box, put gunk into the box and left. I have had this problem for over a year when we were with Verizon. Horrible. Every month Frontier chargea a different amount and when I call to *** the charges, I am assures, it's resovled, but it's all false. Ever since verizon sold to Frontier, I have had issues dealing with them every month for extra charges on my statement. I never had a problem with my Verizon FiOS TV and Network equipment or billing. Since Frontier bought the network and I was forced to accept them because there is no other choice for my area, I have had NUMEROUS issues. They have the absolute WORST customer care. same story as previous person .. Too many people on same line .. That's a load of ***. Apparently this has been their excuse for years .. FIX IT or stop offering services and taking money you don't deserve. I've had 2 different wireless routers and continue to have same problem of service disconnecting.

I was a Verizon customer with no issues. Frontier took over and everything stopped workin I lost purchased movies no menu to my tv service and tv video freezing unable to switch Verizon email or sign up for frontier email service because confirmation was sent to my Verizon email, which when accessing the Verizon app it directed me to the frontier app which sent me back in a circle to Verizon app. When I called and finally got through all I got... Frontier Communications - Horrible customer service...bill gets higher every month.

We have had billing and customer service issues since my fiancé and I started services with Frontier back in June. We have been lied to continuously. The installation people lied to the company stating they showed up to our house but no one was home when in fact my father was there ALL DAY waiting for someone to arrive which caused us to have to call again and reschedule. I have been on the phone with Frontier trying to sort out their billing mistakes for over an hour. For the 2nd month in a row. Bill is over double what it should be and apparently the fixes they made last month they only applied half, so they have the nerve to say we should pay a late fee for their mistake! The internet is slow compared to ATT despite being charged for 100/100 (never even close) and both the tv and internet keep dropping out.... Read more

In September 2016 I called Frontier to get a promotion, they told me that I'd only pay 89.98 for basic TV and internet, but every month, except for October my monthly bill has been much higher. As of today I've paid over $300.00 over what the monthly bill should have been.
