Frontier internet was not working working more than it was working. The signal was weak and multiple techs could not resolve the problem over the past two months. Frontier was again supposed to have a tech here yesterday 3/29/17. Frontier did not show up and I cancelled the service. I lost too much time with Frontier.

Incorrect billing fee needs to be removed. Billing fee is due to employee error and I'm will not pay it. I've called twice to have this resolved and all I've gotten in the way of progress is a letter in the mail, which still states the fee that I will not pay AND ADDED FEES?!!
