I can't believe that frontier can not get a phone fixed before 2 weeks. Especially when someone has stage 4 cancer and lives in an area where they have no cell phone service! Bad service frontier.

They never installed service yet they keep sending me bills. I call and each time they say they will fix it. After the 5th time calling I received a bill from a collection agency. Are you flipping kidding me !!!!!

Worst company in the world. Horrible Internet coverage, I have to reset my modem at least a dozen times A day. I'm charged 3 times what I was charged before moving but no other company that provides Internet where I am. Over charged multiple times and customer service was like talking to a wall. They don't care and they know there is nothing you can do when you are in a rural area.
