Called a total of 6 times today about internet being out. Disconnected twice, told by two that I need a new router, told by one that her system said I couldn't have a new router??, told by the last one there was an outage in my area ( funny she's the only one that sees this, maybe just convenient). Went through "testing steps" each time, seriously just fix it!

Absolute worst company to ever exist. Customer service and tech support are inept and useless. Never have I had to deal with a company who has no idea how to function. They will be out of business sooner rather than later. Anyone thinking of buying their services should run in the other direction.

I have called at least 15 times since February 18, 2017 been on hold for over 30 hours. Been lied to by 3 different employees. They wwear they will call me back and straighten this mess they have made. And still as of todat 4/20/17 . Nothing has been fixed.
