Frontier Communications - Need help

I am a case worker for the Wyoming County Office for the Aging NY. From April 2019 my client and I have been working on getting approved for Lifeline. It was denied 5 times and finally on 9/6/19 it was approved. Meanwhile my client's phone bill is approximately $55.00 per month. She cannot afford that bill. She has to have a Frontier phone as she has a medialert to use for an emergency. I was told today that the Lifeline cannot be backed up and she has to pay about $86.00. Again she cannot afford this.

I had my services disconnected in April 2019. It’s now October.Despite more than 10 calls to customer service and a visit to the local office, they refuse to acknowledge that the $70.74 bill that I receive every month is for a date after service was disconnected. Hope they go bankrupt!
