Frontier Communications - Do not sign up with them no matter how cheap they are

Trying to update my credit card on their website and use autopay. Their website doesn't allow you to add the credit card so when you call they want to charge you $4.50 for a convenience fee. When you try to chat them online, their chat box doesn't allow you to respond. When you call - you end up with people who have no idea what they are doing and waste your time. They sound really dumb. I phoned them 5 times. Every single person just says try again later system is down. Was it ever up?

Frontier Communications - Horrible They should be shut down

Had my service interrupted for a supposed billing issue. They restored incoming and outgoing service but failed to restore all phone features. I am now in 4th day of hrs of phone calls with customer service, repair, tech support. no one communicates with other depts. If you have a repair issue you can forget it . Tell them you expect a credit to your bill for services not provided, they will ignore you. A Better Business Bureau Complaint is not sufficient for this co. A complaint to Consumer Div. of State Attorney General's Office would be the bare minimum they deserve. They should be shut down
