Frontier Communications - Too many customers for their service.
I called tech support. The guy checked the amount of customers online. It was 181% of capacity!! Their internet sucks. I'm cancelling. I can hardly ever get online so there is no reason to pay $35.00 a month for nothing!! I hate their service.
Frontier Communications - HORRIBLE!
So pissed at the incompetence of the customer service experience of this company. Not only was I transferred over and over to representatives on hold for over an hour waiting for a supervisor! Then the bottom line was when they pretended not to hear me and hang up the phone. So upset with this company.
